International Shipments Canadian customers will need to make arrangements with a customs broker and provide us with this information prior to shipment to ensure a smooth and timely border crossing. Please contact us directly for information on all other international shipments.
Damage or Loss in Transit Smaller coffee loads are generally shipped stretch-wrapped to pallets on a slipsheet. However, it is not un-common in the industry for a bag to be ripped or punctured in transit. If your coffee arrives damaged and there is a weight loss, be sure to note this on the bill of lading BEFORE signing it with the freight carrier. In the unfortunate event, please contact InterAmerican immediately, and we will gladly assist you in the claim process.
